Formal Funding, Capacity Building, Brown County T.E.A.C.H.E.R., and Catholic Schools Grants all require a Final Report. The report is due within one year of funding, unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not be considered for future funding if your Final Report has not been submitted.
This is how it works….Approximately 2 weeks after you receive the grant check, you will receive an e-mail from the Foundation notifying you that your Impact Report (Final Report) form is available. You can use the link in the email or go to www.tracyfoundation.org and click on “Apply for a Grant”.
- Answer the prompts the same as you did when submitted your grant.
- Log in using the same email address and password that you used for your grant.
- When you come to the Welcome Page, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a link to the Final Report under “Applications Requiring Action”.
