Callie Niederhauser is a Program Manager for the Tracy Family Foundation.  Her Capacity Building focus area dials in on enhancing nonprofit effectiveness in a way that extends the organization’s reach and maximizes impact. Callie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and possesses diversified experience in higher education, financial aid, program coordination, communications, and general operations. Her passion lies in process innovation, building connections, and creating community through effective communication. Innovation becomes renovation in her free time, as she enjoys interior design and rehabbing old furniture. Callie lives in Quincy with her husband and 2 children.
