Annual Grant Program
Who Can Apply:
Nonprofit organizations, school districts, or government agencies located in or substantially serving the following Illinois counties: Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott. Tracy family members living outside these counties may issue a very limited number of invitations to organizations in their communities.
Required Focus of Application:
Education, Families, Youth, Mental Health, or Brown County, IL.
TFF has two Annual Grant application review processes:
1) Rolling Grants
2) Cycle Grants.

If your program and/or project does not align with one of the foundation’s Focus Areas, then you may be eligible to apply to Dot Foods’ Charitable Grant Program.
The following programs fall under the Annual Grant Program and have separate eligibility guidelines:

Required Focus of Application:
School instructional focus
+ Catholic Schools Grant Program
Who Can Apply:
Catholic Schools located in the Illinois counties of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott. Additional Catholic Schools by invitation only.
Required Focus of Application:
Academic Excellence, Catholic Identity, Enrollment, & Financial Stability
*Requests must be tied directly to the school’s current strategic plan
+ Early Learning Library Grant Program
Who Can Apply:
Libraries located in the Illinois counties of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott.
Required Focus of Application:
Early Childhood Literacy Initiatives
Other Opportunities
+ Capacity Building Grant Program
Who Can Apply:
Nonprofit organizations, schools, or government agencies 1) located in the Illinois counties of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott or 2) that have received a TFF Annual Grant in the past 5 years.
Required Focus of Application:
Organizational effectiveness

Who Can Apply:
Nonprofit organizations, schools, and churches located in the Illinois counties of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott who are planning a youth service, learning or spiritual trip in the United States or internationally.
Required Focus of Application:
Service, learning, or spiritual formation
