Courtney Janssen serves as Finance Manager for the Tracy Family Foundation, overseeing all day-to-day financial operations. Her responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial reports, managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and supporting program managers with grantee financials analysis. Courtney also contributes her expertise as a member of TFF’s Investment and Families Committees.

Before joining TFF, Courtney spent 12 years in public accounting, specializing in compliance audits under Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards. She led audits for nonprofits, local governments, small businesses, and retirement plans. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Master of Business Administration from Western Illinois University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Courtney lives in Quincy with her husband, Caleb, and their two sons, Rush and Rhett.
