Kim Bielik is the Grants Manager for the Tracy Family Foundation. She began her career at Coram Healthcare in 1999 before joining Dot Foods and the Tracy Family Foundation as Executive Assistant in 2002. As the Foundation grew, Kim transitioned into her current role as the TFF Grants Manager in 2004 where she manages all the TFF grant programs. Kim provides support to all eligible participants of the TFF grant programs as well as Dot Foods’ Charitable in Mt. Sterling, IL. In addition, she provides support and assistance to the TFF Board and to Tracy family members as they engage in the Foundation’s work.

Kim lives in O’Fallon, Missouri with her husband and two children. She enjoys thrift shopping, camping, hiking, live music and spending time with her family. Kim received her Associates Degree in Business from Hickey College.
