Megan Costigan is a Program Manager for the Tracy Family Foundation. Megan focuses on the TFF’s youth initiatives as well as a variety of Brown County initiatives. She is a third generation Tracy family member, and also spends much of her time working to cultivate a philanthropic spirit in all generations of the Tracy family.

Prior to coming to the Foundation, Megan was a meeting and event planner at Dot Foods. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Fontbonne University. She has served on many junior and advisory boards.

Megan is passionate about fitness and wellness, especially in youth. She lives in Quincy, IL with her three children.
