Michele Hedden joined the Tracy Family Foundation as Programs Associate in June 2024. Her primary focus is to help drive TFF Brown County projects, including support of Action Brown County, Brown County Trails, the Mt. Sterling Uptown Façade Improvement program and implementation of the Mt. Sterling strategic plan. 

Michele is a proud Brown County native with a passion for growth, planning and collaboration. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Finance from Western Illinois University and has worked as an accountant for most of her career. She is married to Brian, also a Brown County native. They reside just outside of Mt. Sterling with their four children.

Michele currently serves on the board of the United Way of Brown County. She has also served on the Mt. Sterling Winter Festival Committee and looks forward to serving on both the Action Brown County Community and Economic Development Committees as well as The Rink Planning Committee.
